| Objectives |
- To promote economic independence and rehabilitation through enhancing physical and functional competencies and skill development.
- To develop sustainable resources for prevention, early identifications & intervention, integrated education, employment, recreation, respite care and other needs in the community through partnership with disabled persons, their families and community.
- To empower disabled persons, their families and carers to become self-advocates for their needs and rights and work towards creating a ‘barrier free environment’.
- To set up a ‘Model Center for Rehabilitation’ with comprehensive rehabilitation package for disabled persons.
