Integrate handicapped young people of the slums of Delhi and resettlement areas into the working society and provide them with a good chance to better their standard of living in:

• Identifying the needy at an early stage
• Informing them of their rights
• Giving the physically handicapped first medical attention
• Transferring them to hospitals, where appropriate
• Giving the crippled therapeutic attention
• Training them in basics of some trade or activity and helping them to find a job.
